How to get a password

Become our reader in one-two-three!

Bring:
1. a document verifying your identity (photo is taken for free during the registration);
2. residents registration book or address reference (if you want to borrow literature);
3. check on payment in amount of 300 tenge paid in our cash register
and get a reader's ticket once and for life!
4. If you want to become our virtual reader, you must register. The password will be sent to your e-mail.
Dear users! You must sign in to view and read all publications of the library. Username is the reader's last name, and the password is the number of the reader's ticket of the East Kazakhstan Regional library named after A. S. Pushkin.

For the record:
In all service rooms, there are librarians-consultants on duty who are ready to assist in difficult situations.
Books and magazines can be borrowed for 30 days, from the reading room - for up to 10 days. Rare, valuable, reference and encyclopedic publications cannot be borrowed. There is also an Internet hall (search for information on the Internet), IT-Otau (courses and trainings on ICT), and a Media Library (CD, DVD, audio, etc.).
